**Cost is $100 or $125 for first member. Additional memberships from the
same company are $100 each. Membership includes meals at the monthly
meetings and admittance to additional trainings with free or reduced cost.
When registering more than one individual from the same company, include
one membership form for each person and one check payable to NAHRA.
